1. Before this this PC OS is Windows 8 32bit

2. And now this PC OS is Windows 64 bit, i install it normally, boot from usb.

3. After finish install Windows 8.1 , this message ( http://goo.gl/bt0qmI" rel="nofollow - http://goo.gl/bt0qmI ) appear before i install any drivers
