I have an issue with my AsRock motherboard, it doesn't start when I press the Power ON button. When I press the power button, the fans and the LED indicator turns on for arround 1-2 seconds then they all shut down and then they start in the same way after 4-5 seconds, and so on but the computer does not start. I even tried to start only the motherboard+processor, without anything else on it but I got the same result and no warning sound from the motherboard. I replaced the power supply but I got the same result, so il must be the motherboard to blame.
I also tried to clear BIOS (unmounted the motherboard, changed jumper to 2-3 and removed the motherboard battery for 10 minutes and then I changed the jumper to pins 1-2 and then I put the battery back in place) but it did not helped me at all.
I have AsRock H97 Pro4 motherboard, Intel Core I3-4170 processor, HyperX FURY Red 16GB, DDR3, 1600MHz, CL10, 1.5V, kit 2x8GB memory, Seagate Barracuda sATA HDD 1Tb, 7200 rpm and Corsair VS450 Power supply.
They were all brand new in november 2015 and I probably used this PC like 100-200 hours in total, most of which my under 8 years old daughter was playing small games from school cd's. In the last year, probably only like an hour or two was used for internet use but it was under power all the time in a room without moisture ao whatsoever.
Can anyone give me an advice on what should I do? Thank you in advance.
