Goodmorning,
I assembled a pc like:
b150m-hdv+i5-6400-+4Gb kingston KVR21N15S8/4(from official memory list)
new hd sata3 500Gb 3'5.
I can configure BIOS , update and set to defoult parameters.
when i try to install win7 x64 I have a BSOD same from USB pendrive , same from DVD (dvd player is new too)
It seems stop 0x000000124

How can i fix it?!?

Try re-seating your CPU.

How are the CPU temps leading up to it throwing this error?

I'm sorry , forget to write test done:
-reseat cpu
-swap ram
-try to boot linux (error on cpu)
-change every sigle BIOS from 1.0 to 1.30
-power supply
-disconnect everything (usb-front,dvd,vga-pciex)
same error

cpu temp is about 30-35 'C

i'm afraid by foulty mobo or maybe foulty cpu :((

[SOLVED]

it was a FAILED CPU ,
i try to set a G4400 3,3MHz 1151
and it boot up at first time.

Check the contact pads on the original CPU, there may be some dirt stuck to one or more of the pins that is preventing proper contact. I usually use Isopropyl Alcohol and a clean cotton cloth to wipe down the underside of my intel CPUs before installing them, just be sure all the alcohol is evaporated before seating the CPU.
