Hi, as subject I have difficulties installing Win 10 on my system. Here is the spec: R7 1700, 32G RAM, 1 nvme, 1 ssd, BIOS 3.40. The nvme have linux installed. Secure Boot disabled, Sata AHCI mode, CSM on. Tried to install Win 10 in SSD, but failed.
Here's what I've tried: 1. Create Win 10 usb with rufus, csm mode. Win10-1909. OK 2. Boot from usb. OK 3. When window with install appear, click install. And then stop, the NEXT button is greyed. It says some driver missing, I'm guessing the disk is not detected. But when I clicked browse for driver, C drive is detected, and my dvdrom is also ok. Load support cd into dvd, not working, no driver match. 4. Back to menu, this time I clicked repair and go to cmd prompt. 5. Do diskpart, select disk, clean disk, create primary partition, format ntfs. OK 6. Reboot 7. Tried to do 2 and 3. Same thing, stop at no 3 again. Selecting any driver from support cd is also useless. 8. Googling, go to bios, change SATA from AHCI to RAID. 9. With SATA RAID, windows installer and diskpart cannot see the SSD disk, selecting driver from support cd, didn't work. Also tried create Volume from RAID menu instead of Legacy also didn't work.
Please help, thanks before

I can finally install Win10 on my PC. Turns out, making usb windows bootable with Rufus/dd from ISO file is not always worked. So i use my work pc, go to Microsoft Windows Media Creation Tool webpage to make my usb disk windows bootable. This way I can finally install Win10. Thread closed

I also have had trouble installing Windows from USB. I have only tried burning the USB from Linux, in 10 different ways, but it has not worked. I will try the solution you mentioned when I can use a Windows computer again.

Secure Boot is switched off? Press F11 at startup and then select "UEFI USB Stick"
