Is there an up to date Serial IO driver for the windows version 1909 for z390 Phantom Gaming iTx/ac motherboard?

when i install the latest version of serial IO drivers (ver:30.100.1727.1), an error message comes up:

"The set up program ended prematurely because of the following error: "The platform is not supported"

I suspect this is because of my windows version is 1909. Can someone please help?

Thanks for posting your query to ASRock forum.

Regarding your question about serial I/O driver on the website, we have checked, the Z390 Phantom Gaming ITX/ac motherboard does not have the serial I/O driver.

We will have the driver removed from the website shortly.

Thanks for the reply! i was thinking something was wrong with my new board and had been spending days troubleshooting the error... finally, i can rest easy with my new build.
