Dear all,

I am facing unstable system result. constantly BSOD when playing games or even using word
What will be the reason? I have reinstall WIN10 but there is nothing changed.
Please help me, I am a rookie system player.

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

Regarding your question about BSOD, kindly check the followings step to verify.

1. Please download the latest AMD all in 1 with VGA driver:
http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/A320M-DVS%20R4.0/index.asp#Download
2. Please make sure that Windows updates are the latest.
3. Please check if the CPU temperature is under normal range.
4. If possible, kindly install SSD/RAM to different SATA ports/DIMM slots.
5. If possible, kindly reinstall the operating system.
6. If possible, kindly install different RAM or power supply.
