Hi! First the specs:

MB: ASRock B450M PRO4 (Bios 3.90)
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3400G
Mem: 2X Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 8GB SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) TLZGD48G3000HC16C01
Drive: Crucial P1 500GB 3D NAND NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD - CT500P1SSD8

The problem: Keep getting BSOD "SYSTEM PTE MISUSE" while trying to install from a USB Stick. I have tried installing from both options, disabled Secure boot, disabled Trusted computing, CMS enabled with oprom policy set to legacy.

Nothing works. I am getting pretty pissed.
Can anyone help with this?

Thanks!

try lowering your memory timings to just 2133 for testing/installing purposes .. if still BSOD's ..try just one stick. If that resolves it, you have a memory issue.

if not:

you could try clearing the CMOS

or:

You could try reflashing the BIOS ..or roll back to previous version and see if that resolves it

or:

re-create your boot media from latest verison of Windows 10 (media creation tool)

I've never experienced this particular error myself, but have had odd things pop up/BSOD due to memory timings/compatibility

Thanks!
I had tried everything but the timings.
The real culprit was the USB stick. For some reason, windows 10 or the system did not like the fact that it was not a proper bootable stick.

I burned an ISO on DVD and that went without an itch. Go figure!
