Hi
I'm not sure if the onboard HDMI port is faulty. I have plugged two different monitors to onboard HDMI port but I get no signal on both screens. But plug to the RX580 HDMI port is working fine. Even find if there is any HDMI setting can enabled it in BIOS, but I cannot find anything regarding it
This is my first PC and brand new 3700X. please help me this issue. Thanks

Dear mortarion,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.
The onboard HDMI depends on the GPU support in your CPU.
As AMD 3700X CPU doesn't support integrated GPU, so it is normal that the system will not display from onboard graphics.
For your system, please connect the monitor to your discrete graphics card for use.
Thanks!
All the best, ASRock TSD

Hi so does my AMD Ryzen 5 5600X support HDMI?
And if so, how do I get the port to work?
Kind Regards, Edwin

Unless you are using an APU the onboard display outputs have nothing to get signal from. If your CPU number ends in an X or has no letter after it you do not have an APU. APUs all end in a G or GE
APUs have built in graphics which is why the boards have display outputs, they are not used by regular CPUs.
