Hi, I owned this boards recently but I meet some audio problems.
Onboard audio jack sound is very low quality and also there are some noise when playing music or watching video in win10. It is very annoying so I cannot use this board well.
Now I can only use rx570 VGA card output instead. I have asus x570 board but they do not have this issue. So, please advise what is the next steps.

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.
For your question, we have some suggestion for verifying:
1. Please enter BIOS setup and press [F9] to load BIOS default setting.
2. Under OS environment, please go to Control Panel > Program to uninstall current Audio driver and restart the system.
After booting into OS, please install the following audio driver.
https://download.asrock.com/Drivers/All/Audio/Realtek_Audio(v8750.1_UAD_WHQL_RTK).zip
3. Please play the media with different software.
4. Plug another headphone or speaker to verify.
5. If possible, please re-install a clean Windows 10 OS.
