Dear all,

This is my A320M-DGS over one year and nothing problem.
Today I try to update BIOS to 5.5 which download from website and copy to FAT32 flash drive.
After finishing updating and reboot, system no display. Please help to recover my system, I want to let system work again.
My device: 2200G, 2*8G DRAM and RX550

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


We provide some suggestions for you to check the system:

1. Please refer to user manual page.26 to clear CMOS.

2. Please install 2200G CPU and also remove the graphics card, try to power on the system with onboard graphics and check if system can post.

3. Please only install one stick memory to each DRAM slot by turns to check if system can boot properly.

4. If possible, please install another memory to verify.
