Hello, recently I've installed a nvme 970 plus replacing a ssd and I've upgraded bios from 5.40 to 5.80 at the same time.
Normally I put to ibernate the pc but now, occasionally, pc don't restart.
When I push keyboard it make 1+3 beeps and I must push and hold start buttons until shutdown, then I push start button and it starts without problems resuming from hibernation.
Also the problem happens in suspend mode but in this case holding start button the pc make a complete boot.
What can I do to solve problem?
Can I downgrade bios to 5.40?

Configuration is:
Fatality ab350 k4, amd ryzen 5 2600, 16GB ram gskill F4-3200C14D-16G, Samsung 970 plus 500gb nvme

clear cmos .. install latest chipset drivers from amd.com and see if that helps. Did you reinstall windows or clone your SSD to your nvme?

I ran into some quirks when I cloned my daughters spinner onto her nvme drive and ended up reinstalling from scratch and it's fine now. Maybe just reinstalling the chipset drivers will be enough.
