I have an ASRock B365M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard for a PC I recently built, everything was fine except one of the RAM sticks I bought was faulty. I ordered a replacement and swapped out the old (the one working stick) for the new ones. Now my computer doesn't seem to boot (I don't get any sound output or video output with HDMI or DVI). I tried only one of the new sticks, still didn't work. So I switched back to the old stick that worked fine before, now nothing. So I checked all the connections, reseated the GPU, did a CMOS reset by removing the CMOS battery for 5 minutes, still nothing. The RAM sticks seem to be properly connected in their slots.

What could I be missing? My build is here: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/zcleghern/saved/#view=cwjGqs

Were these sticks on the build a matched set? It's best to replace in sets.

Install the new RAM and follow the steps here:
http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=630&title=how-to-clear-cmos-via-battery-removal

If that doesn't get you up and running post back with the RAM model/s and capacities.
Also make sure you install them in slots A2 and B2.
