Hi everyvody.
I'm with a problem with my Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac. I connected a Caldigit TS3 to my Thunderbolt3 port on motherboard. All the USB devices are workking, but i havent video signal from the TS3. But if i connect it throw my macbook everything is working.
I already searched in the BIOS and tried GPU internal and external, but still the same.
Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance.
My setup:
MB:Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac CPU: Core i7 9700F RAM: DDR4 3200Mhz GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660 Super BIOS: v4.3
On my TB3 dock:
Dock: Caldigit TS3 USB: mouse, keyboard DisplayPort: Asus VG248 144hz Secondary TB3 port: TB3 splitter to 2xHDMI (connected to 2 Asus VE248)

Dear Jalmeida44,
Thank you for contacting ASRock.
In order to use the thunderbolt as a screen output port, it is required to have an integrated graphics card.
Since 9700F CPU does not have an integrated graphics card, the thunderbolt port will not have graphics signals.
If graphics output from the thunderbolt port is preferred, kindly use a CPU that has integrated graphics.
With thanks, ASRock TSD
