ASRock MicroATX Motherboard (B450M PRO4)
Corsair LPX 64GB (4x16GB) 3200MHz C16 DDR4 DRAM Memory Kit

Task manager, CPU-Z and the BIOS said Ram frequency is 2133. I want to change it to 3200 mhz.

From the BIOS, I loaded XMP Profile 1 for DDR4 3200 MHz 1.35v
I tweaked some dram speed.
Changed the Power Down to Enabled
F10 and save change to reboot.

After reboot. Nothing had changed.
Went back to BIOS and again nothing had changed.

Tried it a few times. The same.

Can someone tell me how to change the dram frequency?
