cpu: Ryzen 1600 mobo: asrock B450 pro4 mem: 16gb (2x8) Aegis DDR4 2400 gpu: R9 Fury X Saphire Nitro psu: EVGA 500W case: Corair carbide 88r No power, no lights, no sounds, nothing. its a brand new build and its completely dead. please help

Update: i found i had wired the panel to the com_1. I rewired the panel to the correct position and tested the unit. fans all come on lights blink but no video output and it cycles power every other minute or so.

usual stuff .. clear CMOS with power disconnected .. RAM in A2/B2 .. reseat everything (CPU, GPU, RAM) .. make sure PSU plugged into 24 and 8 pin motherboard headers and power plugged into video card.. if still no go .. try 1 ram stick .. and then the other if still not booting.
If still not booting .. remove everything from case and place on non-conductive surface and plug everything in and see if it boots out of the case.

Update went step by step trying the different cmos things and then just broke down and pulled it piece by piece testing each part in a known working computer. THE RAM WAS BAD, both sticks neither of them would boot even by themselves so i replaced the ram rebuilt the system and boom it works.
