Every since I got it 5 months ago, it crashes at least once per week up to 2-3 times a day. It will crash once and then probably crash again after 5 min, and again after 5 etc. Never under stress or gaming, I was running my CPU at 100% for 40+ min and it never crashed. I ran a memory test for 1+ hours and 0 errors. Pc is all new. Happens in Linux and Windows as well. No bad sectors but it says 99% health for some reason (the SSD is 5 months and has some stuff written on it, etc so I guess that makes sence).
MB: ASRock model: B450M Pro4 serial: UEFI: American Megatrends Bios: P3.50 date: 07/18/2019, this is the last stable BIOS possible for this gen CPU and the next 2 are not recommended, although it came with 3.60 and I tried 3.90 as well, still crashing! Mouse freezes, Last sound goes on repeat, then a black screen and I have to restart it manually.
Cpu: Ryzen 5 1600 AF
Ram: G.Skill AEGIS 2x8 3200 16GVKB
PSU: Superflower 600w bronze king
SSD: Kingston a2000 500gb m.2
GPU: Powercolor RX580 4GB
I tried the usual fixes that pop up in the internet: Disabled C states, Overclocked it, Upped the CPU voltage, made it run on 3.7ghz and 1.125 voltage (Default) without undervolting by disabling Cool and quiet, Disabling the last 4 p-states, Changed voltage to typical current load, Windows power plans, disabled C-states in Linux by script, Custom grub options, etc. etc. Right now the other voltages a bit by offset and trying different mouse and keyboard, well into wild shot territory. To be clear never saw a BSOD, only black screens. No error logs in Windows. I also tried running Windows with updates, without updates, with all MB drivers, with only GPU drivers, etc.

Have you tried running your RAM at 3000mhz? (or slower)

Is your ram in QVL? If not, then you need to use 1usmus dram calculator to find the correct parameters to key into the bios.

I had to do it for both types of rams.

Fixed freeze on idle with AMD Chipset Driver installed on Asrock B450 Pro4 R2.0 with AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Pinnacle Ridge (problem after Windows Update).
