I am facing a heat problem with 3600 CPU on ab350 pro4. CPU idles around 50-60°C and jumps to 90°C immediately when running Prime95, I cannot make sure why but seems like it is not normal. Maybe the heat is not design well for this board or other reasons, I am disappointed about it??forumCodes=True

Dear ffP495qM,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

For your system, we provide some suggestions for verifying system heat dissipation:

1. Please load BIOS default setting.

2. Remove the CPU cooler and make sure the thermal paste is well spread between the CPU and radiator.

3. Reinstall a clean OS to verify the OS environment.

4. Under BIOS setup > H/W Monitor tab, please adjust CPU fan and chassis fan to Full speed.

5. Under OS environment > Power option, please set the power to Balanced or Ryzen Balanced.

6. If possible, please install another CPU Fan.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

you cpu idles at 50-60 degrees
and your not happy with the board ?

your problem seems to be either

your cpu cooler is fitted incorrectly and or you dont have enough ventilation in your pc case

Actually the real reason is that i am using poor CPU fan.
Now I install water cooler with better chassis fan in my case. I am satisfied the temperature now.

Thanks for all guys help.
