Hello, I own X570 Steel Legend over few months. But recently, my system will get freeze and then BSOD immediately win10. Sometimes I also check in BIOS UEFI, seems like the memory is not detected well, two of one memory will not show. Not sure if it will cause such issue. Before asking, I had tried to enabled/disabled CSM or load BIOS default, all no help. The 3700X CPU is bought from amazon, please help me, thanks a lot.

Dear Xyothine,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

For this case, we have more suggestions for you to check the system:

1. Please use Instant Flash method to update the latest BIOS P2.30.
https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/X570%20Steel%20Legend/index.asp#BIOS

2. Only install CPU, one stick memory, graphics card and the system disk to verify system stability.

3. Configure the BIOS as default setting and reinstall a clean OS to verify.

4. If possible, please install another memory module or CPU.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
