Trying to get the microphone input to work on the Beebox N3000 in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Tried a bunch of model= options in the alsa-base.conf but so far haven't gotten it to to work.

Audio output works fine using the front jack.. Also tried opensuse and had the same problem.
