Phantom Gaming 4 (B365M) motherboard purchased about a month ago. Win10 installed and running for the last month. BSOD and now I try to boot off Win10 bootable USB, I continue to get the BSOD. Removed all SSD's and other boot options, same failure. Tried about USB stick, same failure. Tried USB stick on Dell laptop and it boots as expected. This is the same USB stick I initially used a month ago to install the OS. Tried multiple USB slots, front, rear 2.0 and 2.0. What could be preventing the USB to work on this system, all of a sudden?

Dear Rhoover17,

Thanks for posting your query to the ASRock forum.

Regarding your question about BSOD, since it also happens while installing Win10 from USB disk.

Here is the reason that might cause BSOD.
1. Memory modules.
2. Motherboard.
3. Power supply.
4. CPU.

Let's try this:
1. Load BIOS default. (By pressing F9 then F10 button under the BIOS)
2. Install only one RAM to the B2 slot.
3. Try with different RAM on the other slots.

With thanks,
ASRock TSD
