I have had a custom built PC with an ASRock mobo running for the past 6 years. I had Windows 7 updated to Windows 10 when Microsoft spammed the upgrade. A couple months ago an update went wrong and I'm greeted with a blinking cursor on a black screen on startup.
Specs: Mobo: ASRock Z87E-ITX UEFI P2.50 CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K RAM: 8gb ram
I've disconnected my graphics card. I'm trying to boot from USB or CD-rom, but am unable to select or specify these devices in the boot order menu. These device are not listed, only connected SSDs. I've tried several different Linux live/Windows bootable USB images on 8-16 gb USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 sticks. I've prepared the images as MBR and also tried GPT. When inserted into the mobo's onboard USB 2.0/3.0 ports, I cannot find an option to boot from USB in the bios/UEFI. I'm using a wireless keyboard with USB dongle to navigate the Bios screen, so I know that USB is enabled. I can find the boot menu, but the only option available is the hard drive boot order (my 2 installed SSD drives are selectable). I cannot select a UEFI: USB storage or find my CD-ROM drive when its plugged in. I've used an external DVD drive with the original Microsoft 7 installation CD-Rom and have not luck either.
Is there a setting that is keeping my Mobo from seeing these devices?

Try F11 at boot for UEFI setup boot options. Works on my Z77 board.

Thank you for the response. Prior to disabling CSM, here are my boot options. I only have hard drive boot options.
After disabling CSM, I receive no boot options.
For reference, I have a USB 2 jump drive with a linux live image, a USB 3 jump drive with a linux live image, and an external CD/DVD drive with official Microsoft Windows 7 installation CD plugged in to the back of the motherboard.

With CSM enabled, I hit F11 at boot and receive the following options. Only my SSD drives are selectable.
