I have a b365m pro 4-f motherboard and I installed a WD green m.2 2280 ssd into the ultra m.2 port on my motherboard but I have nothing showing up in the bios. Can?™t seem to find out to fix it any help is appreciated

The WD green m.2 2280 is a SATA SSD (B-key).
The ultra M.2 port is PCIe (M-key) only (see page 26 of user manual). All SSDs listed as compatible on page 28 are PCIe only.

=> it cannot work.
