Hello,
I have build my own pc couple weeks ago and everything is running fine except 1 problem. When i turn off my pc (go to start and press shut down), 1 rgb light and my rgb mouse stay on. Only when i flip the switch at the back( the 0/1 switch) do the lights turn off. Also when i flip the backswitch on WITHOUT turning on the pc using the frontbutton the lights come on. This leaves me with the conclusion that power is running trough the pc even while its turned off. I have however not found a way to fix it. Can anyone help?

PC SPECS:
Motherboard: ASRock fatality b450 gaming K4
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 AF
GPU: GeForce GTX 1660 Super
Case: Sharkoon pure steel black rgb
Power: Cooler master MWE 650 White 230V

Update: i think i found something.
It seems to be related to the USB ports recieving power during shutdown. i cant find in the bios however where to turn this off.

Do you have allow mouse or kb to start PC enabled?
