My secondary monitor flickers while I am playing a game on my primary monitor. I never had this problem with my EVGA GTX 670

CPU i7 4770k
GPU Phantom Gaming D RX 570 4G Driver Revision Number Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.4.2
Primary monitor connected via DP 1440p 144hz 1ms
Secondary monitor connected via DP 1440p 60hz 5ms

Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to try.
1. Change different HDMI, DP, DVI port to try.
2. Swap your primary and secondary monitor.
3. Re-install the AMD VGA driver.
