Hello,
this morining when i've tried to switch the power on, the motherboard start for one second with fan....the stop and restart....and it's in this loop.
I've tried to put only less memory...change video card....nothing to do, it continue to make this loop.

What's wrong? do you think has failed the motherboard? the psu is a corsair cx750m.

i do not understand...until last night everything was ok...this morining let's start badly...what do you think about it?

nothing to do...i returned the motherboard to Amazon that will change it with another one

I have the exact same problem this morning. Mine was a ASROCK Z87 Extreme4 mobo. When I tried to power on, mobo will light up for 2 secs, then go off for about 2 secs, on for about 1 sec then off for another 2 secs. This cycle keeps on going on forever...

Have tried the CMOS battery discharge method here to no avail. Every peripherals are disconnected except CPU and PSU.

Is it a mobo failure? Anyone tried successfully to get out of this loop?
