its very hard to understand what your asking
but 3600 mhz will NOT work with a 3200g
and to be honest i think you will struggle to get 3200mhz with a 3200g using THAT goodram brand ram

why the bones of the frame do not want to operate above 3200mhz where on other and weaker cpu go to full power on b450?

With a 3400g on an ASUS B350 Prime, 1 got 4 8GB Oloy Warhawk RGB 3200mhz stuff to work at it's rated speed. Where previously 4 sticks wouldn't run stable at all with a 2200g.
2 sticks with a 3200g on your mobo "should" work fine at 3200mhz. You'd have to play around with xmp profiles and manually setting timings/voltages to try and get 3600mhz speeds and see what works for you or how close you can get.
I'd leave the side cover off until you get your timings set because you'll probably are going to be clearing your CMOS a lot until you get things dialed in to whatever your chip/mobo can handle.
