ok... i'm going crazy with my new install in a long while and I don't think it should be this hard but i'm stuck
assrock b450m pro4 (lastest bio 3.9)
ryzen 5 3600
Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16GB (2 x 8GB)
Silicon Power 1TB NVMe M.2 PCIe

Every time i try to boot windows from the usb, it would keep looping back to the logo and bios menu (f2, f11, etc)
i had tried all usb ports, 2 different usb stick (16gb), 1 external usb ssd drive.
i had created the boot from windows tools and rufus uefi and uefi/legend..
motherboard detects all the usb for me to select which one to boot from.
The only thing left to do is to burn a windows copy and try to install it thru disk drive.
Please i really need help on this

I've never had issues just using Microsoft's Media Creation Tool ..creating a bootable USB drive with latest version of Windows 10.

try using an older smaller usb
i use a 8gb

it seems some issues can be found using larger 16/32gb and faster usb gens

i used to use 4gb usb sticks but i think win10 media tool now needs larger than 4gb
