I Would like your support on the following.

I have just flashed the UEFI BIOS of a Z370 Pro4 mainpcb and all went well. According to the instructions I should now load the BIOS default settings, but I'm afraid to lose my RAID configuration.

Do I have to load the default settings for the new BIOS version to activate correctly, or is this just a formality (I went from 3.20 to 4.30)?

Will I lose my RAID set configuration if I load the default settings?

Thanks in advance for your advise.

Dear Bokkem,

Thanks for posting your query to the ASRock forum.

We will recommend to save the data and disable the RAID before updating to another BIOS.

If another BIOS has already been updated, loading to the BIOS default is not needed.

With thanks,
ASRock TSD
