Dear All,

I purchase a CalDigit TS3 Plus Thunderbolt 3 Dock for my new X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3.
I connect many devices such like USB keyboard/mouse on it without any problem. But I cannot output screen from thunderbolt monitor via my RX580 card.
Is there any hint to achieve it?

Regards

Dear Smogo,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

To get display from Thunderbolt port, please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Use a DP cable to connect to graphics card and the "DP in" port on X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3.
Step 2: Then graphics card can get the display from Thunderbolt port.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

Will this drive the display as a Thunderbolt Display or a USB-C display?

I?™m looking to use an Apple Pro Display XDR with the Thunderbolt port and have the additional Thunderbolt ports on the back of the display work too.
