I upgraded to Windows 10 2004 fall update and app shop won't start anymore. Is this happening to anyone else?

Asrock z170 k6 gaming motherboard. Sometimes it starts up then it disappears from the taskbar. If you don't run the program on startup, then the program doesn't open unless you start it two times.
