Recently installed 4 sticks of 8gb Corsair Vengeance 3200 SDRAM. Boots just fine, however I noticed that HWiNFO is only showing the RAM speeds as 1066. I've went into the BIOS (latest version) and enabled XMP and set the speed to 3200.

Is this a known limitation of this particular MOBO, or am I doing something wrong in trying to get the most out of my RAM upgrade?

essentially your ram is running at 2133mhz (DDR=Dual Data Rate..HWiNFO shows single data rate)
what CPU are you running .. 2000 and 1000 series CPUS will have a hard time hitting 3200mhz with 4 sticks so your mobo is just defaulting to compatible settings ..ie .. 2133 .. that would be my guess anyways. Updating the BIOS might help with ram compatibility .. upgrading to Ryzen 3000 series (non-APU) would more than likely help with ram speeds
