I have finishing assembling my PC (Z390 Pro4 with Intel i5 9600k) and, when I was turn it on, the lights go on but nothing else works... And the PC lights sometime go off and then on again... seeming like a lack of power.

I have installed a 500w PSU (more than enough for my setup) and it has two power connectors for the Motherboard: a 24 pin and a 4 pin. The manual says I can use a 4 pin connector... I have plugged both connectors and the problem persists. Please help.

Dear Guipoggi,

Thanks for posting your query to the ASRock forum.

Regarding your question,
1. Please remove the power connector and refer to the page.19 from the link below to clear the CMOS.
   https://download.asrock.com/Manual/Z390%20Pro4.pdf
2. Please try to reinstall the RAM to different slots.
3. Please try reinstalling the CPU. (Check if the CPU pins are in correct shapes)
4. If possible, please try with a different RAM.

With thanks,
ASRock TSD
