I just built a new PC with the B550 Phantom Gaming mini ITX board, but when I shut down through Windows, the system still stays on, LEDs are lit, GPU and CPU fans run, and pressing the power button doesn't turn the system back on. To fully shut off the system I need to press and hold the power button. I'm not sure what the problem is here.

is this a fresh install of Windows 10 64bit? ..or did you just move the drive from a previous setup into this one?

If not a clean install .. I recommend doing a clean install ..if it is a clean install .. Updated the AMD chipset drivers .. there is also info in this link that might help
