Recently I update to BIOS 3.70 and then encounter a problem.
The board cannot shut down, monitor is off but CPU and chassis fan still spin with RGB light.
I have checked the window10 power options and everything shows ok.
I have reinstalled the 3700X cpu but no luck either. Seem like a BIOS problem?

According to your question we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please load BIOS default setting via [F9] key and press [F10] to save the setting.
2. Try to power off the system under BIOS by pressing the power button.
3. If possible, please reinstall a clean Windows OS.
4. If possible, please install another PSU to verify.

Hey, actually it is not relate to BIOS update. It is just Windows update and the next day system can shut down normally. Sorry for any confused.
