I have spotty USB performance with the Workstation.
installed latest Drivers and switch from front facing USB to directly on the board. the Mouse which is USB dongle Wireless HP 4000 mouse is constantly interrupted. clicking is not registering, Movements are interrupted. it seems to depend on what Application I am using. Replaced batteries several times to see if low voltage is the issue. also attempted to move the dongle outside the ATX case and more closer to keyboard/mouse wire statics perhaps.
I would like to test USB ports with a utility provided by ASROCK to rule out component issues. the issue has been there since I assembled the workstation.
ASRock Fatal1ty B450 GAMING-ITX/AC AMD Promontory B450 AM4

I have the same issue with an A350 Pro4, maddening. Switching to the front panel USBs works normally. Would very much like a solution.

update: I hooked up wired USB (PS2 did not work for me despite enabling it in bios) Whenever this disturbing wireless mouse starts to slow down or not respond I immediately switched to USB hardware and it works fine. I suspect now that the ATX setup with very little room for wires etc. is interrupting the wireless signal. I am using HP 4000 dongle and might have to move the dongle away from the micro board and onto USB Hub outside the ATX case.
