Hello I have a problem with thunderbolt 3 conection.

Config:
1. Fatal1ty X299 Professional Gaming i9 (BIOS tested on 2.20 and 2.30 with enable thunderbolt option)
2. Thunderbolt 3 AIC R2.0 (tested on PCIe port 2 and 3 with connected to AIC port)
3. Intel i9 7920x
4. win 10 pro 64 last update 2004
5. Intel Thunderbolt driver ver:17.4.77.400
6. Apple thunderbolt 3 cable
7. NAS qnap TVS-882BRT3

problem:
System connected to the NAS via thunderbolt, but I have recieve file on speed about 50-60 mb\sec and sending from the NAS on speed about 100-200 kb\sec

Can you help me to correct the speed of the connection?

upd: check it on another computer.
all the same but motherboard is X299 Pro Gaming i9 XE.
the same problem.
