Based on user manual, SATA hot plug is supported on this X570 Steel Legend.
But I cannot find this option in BIOS, could someone help me?

For your question, please set [ESATA Port On Port 0~7] to Enabled.
Path: BIOS\Advanced\Storage Configuration\Chipset SATA Configuration
