Hello! Please help me, read manual on motherboard B460 Stell Legend and don't understand example 2.3.Installing Memory Modules (DIMM), how activate (insert) modules of memory slots? I have 4 slots: DDR4_A1, DDR4_A2, DDR4_B1, DDR4_B2 and memory 16 Gb Kingston HyperX DDR4 2666 MHz(2x8Gb KIT) (HX426C16FB3K2/16) Manual configuration Priority DDR4_A1 DDR4_A2 DDR4_B1 DDR4_B2 1 Populated Populated 2 Populated Populated Populated Populated I must insert one memory slot A1 and one memory slot B1 or one memory slot A2 and one memory slot B2? |

Dear Warshadow, Thanks for posting your query to the ASRock forum. Regarding your question, when one module is used, please install to the B2 or A2 slot. If two modules are used, kindly use A2B2 slots. With thanks, ASRock TSD |

Thanks! After installing the memory modules in slots A2B2 the Dual Channel is automatically activated or i must activate in UEFI-mode? My RAM (2x8 Gb KIT) is support dual channel. |

Dear Warshadow, Thanks for the reply. Once installed to the A2B2 slot, it will be automatically enabled. You are able to double check if the memory modules are in dual channel with the CPU-Z software. With thanks, ASRock TSD |
