if my CPU doesn't have integrated graphics then how can I use my motherboard outputs?

(I am trying to use 2 monitors from my GPU and it doesn't work so
I'm trying to use my second monitor on my motherboard)

Specs:
ryzen 5 3600
ASROCK B450M-HDV R4.0
rx 580 2048sp 8gb

you can't make use of your motherboard video outputs at all ... your RX 580 should work just fine .. what kind of cables/adapters are you using? to what kind of inputs on your monitors?

my main monitor has HDMI, DVI, and VGA
and the one I'm trying to add is very old and have only VGA
my GPU has 1 HDMI 3 DP and 1 DVI
so to plug my second monitor to the GPU I'm using an adapter from DVI to VGA
(I don't know the exact models of the screens)
