No. It does not support AM3+ CPUs as it has the older white CPU socket. A BIOS update cannot remedy that. < id="kpm_plugin" ="application/x-KPMPlugin">

Just cross-flash it with the M3N78D FX, it's the same board with a sticker on it with the updated BIOS for the FX. When You peal it off it is written down on the board "M3N78D", so go figure that out. Well, I went with an 95W TDP FX 6100, but the FX 6300 is 95W TPD too.
