Hi There,
I am a newbie to this PC build game. This is my first proper build flying solo and I have hit a little problem (I hope it's small) and was hoping some of you good people on the forums might be able to help with some ides on what to try to resolve them.

Details of the spec etc are as follows:

PC Specs:

GPU - RADEON RX 5500 XT MECH OC 8192MB GDDR6   PCI-EXPRESS GRAPHICS CARD

CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Gen3 8 Core AM4 CPU/Processor with Wraith Prism RGB Cooler

RAM - Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz C16 XMP

SSD - WD Blue SN550 500GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD/Solid State Drive

Motherboard - ASRock AMD Ryzen X570 Steel Legend AM4 PCIe 4.0 ATX Motherboard

PSU - SilverStone ET700-MG Strider Essential 700W 80Plus Gold Full Modular Power Supply/PSU

Wifi - Gigabyte Combo Intel 11ac and Bluetooth V5 PCIe Wireless Network Card

Case - Eclipse PC Gaming Case Mid-Tower ATX 3 x 120mm Halo Single-Ring Spectrum Fans Included, Tempered Glass, RGB Hub, RF Remote Controller, Water-Cooling Ready, Game with Style | Black

Problem:

Unable to Boot

Doesn?™t load BIOS

Our Process:
All components have been installed to the letter of their respective manuals and with great care, everything turns on, lights up and the fans spin without a hitch. Everything seems fine, until we tried to plug in a monitor via HDMI. This is the point where concern grew as we gained no video from the computer which seemed to be running fine.

We tried using the other HDMI port on the GPU with no success still, tried it with different monitors with still no success. Next we tried to diagnose the issue independently, noticing in the instructions indicator lights which show which components are working and which are not.

The lights for the RAM and the CPU lit up, indicating an issue with those components. So we tried to identify why they weren't working, going through their manuals multiple times and carefully, following them to the letter, reinstalling the parts. This did not help and we still couldn't boot up into the BIOS.

This left us with no idea of what to do, unable to find an issue.

We suspect the motherboard is the faulty item, but we don't have any idea.

Many thanks in advance
