Hey all, I just bought the ASRock B365M-ITX Wi-Fi Motherboard and Western Digital Green M.2 SATA SSD 480GB for my storage but I am having the slight issue of my SSD not showing up in bios or in the windows installer.

Dear KingSaucy,

Thank you for posting.

For your question, could you provide the following information for us to check?
1. BIOS version
2. CPU model name
3. M.2 part number.

With thanks,
ASRock TSD

Dear Kingsaucy,

Thanks for the information.

We checked the system with the following configuration:
B365M-ITX/ac
P4.20
WDS120G2G0B-00EPW0

The BIOS can detect the M.2 properly.

Here are some suggestions for you to try:
1. Please clear CMOS by referring to the page. 20 in the following link:
   https://download.asrock.com/Manual/B365M-ITXac.pdf
2. If possible, please try the M.2 on a different system to see if M.2 can work properly.

3. If possible, please try with a different SATA M.2 on B365M-ITX to see if it will work.

With thanks,
ASRock TSD

Try it in the second M2 slot and see if it is detected in the Bios.
