I'm trying to help a friend that just build a new PC :

- AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
- ASRock B550M-HDV Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
- Patriot Signature Line 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-2400 CL17 Memory

He plugged everything right, but when he boot the PC he has no image. So I trying to find if the motherboard has a Speaker for the post *bip* and can't find the infos. The product page on the ASRock website, doesnt even have a usermanuel download.

(I also asked him to try a another memory stick since Patriot Signature seems to be an underground make)

In your list of components, I do not see a video card listed, but I do see a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU. That CPU does not have integrated graphics. If you or your friend have a video card available, install it and you should at least be able to get to the BIOS screen.

My question was more about if the Mobo had a speaker or not.

The case speaker was typically not shipped with most motherboards it was something that came in the accessories when buying a computer case hence the name case speaker. But for the past few years it is rare to find them with cases and no motherboard manufacturer provides them either so you need to buy one yourself or harvest one from an old computer. You can still connect them to a new motherboard because they still come with the header for it.

With that said when you say there is no picture on the screen, have you waited long enough after first boot? First boot means it can take a couple of minutes before picture appears and the computer might reboot up to 4 times before you get into BIOS.
