Can you use a Western Digital WD BLACK SN750 NVMe M.2 2280 1TB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 64-layer 3D NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) WDS100T3X0C in the slot that dont disable any sata drive as a boot device on the above motherboard. Thank you

Thank you for posting your query to the ASRock forum.

Since you have a PCIe type M.2, connecting the M.2 to the M.2_2 slot will not affect any SATA ports.
