I just bought WIFI 6 M2 Key E AX201.
However, it does not detected in Windows 10.

Is it compatibility problem or hardware defect?

If it's not compatible, what M2 Wi-fi card which is compatible with B550M pro4 board?

I am also having this problem and would like to know if this is a compatibility issue with the hardware, or if there is something else I need to do. This is a brand new computer, with a clean install of Windows 10. Below are the relevant hardware parts:

I have tried downloading and installing all the available drivers for the motherboard, as well as the specific drivers from Intel. I am going to attempt reseating the card today, but it would be nice to have some confirmation that the hardware is compatible or not, or if there is some extra step I need to take.

You'll have to return your card for a different one. The AX201 is not compatible because it is CNVi, and Intel states the board has to be specifically designed (which the b550m Pro4 is not) for any of its CNVi cards listed here:

Look for the AX200 to get the latest Intel WiFi card that is compatible with your board. Otherwise any m.2 key E card that isn't listed in the link above should work.
