Hello world, i have been runningn asrock motherboards for a lonng time now, loved them! untill i had this problem i was runing a Intel 8700k at 5ghz oc corsair rgb 3200mhz ddr4 memory ram 1080ti 750W corsair cs750m psu system for stable 2 years.. Untill ricently my CPU started to freeze and overheat, i went to stock annd even them, after OCCT AVX2 test my pc overheats i get about 95+C on STOCK settings. I have checked the thermalpaste it did not help the Kraken x53 sitting well. Could there be a problem with my mobo, i have spoted some oil on the power phase caps, is this the problem of my overheat? I add pictures.

If the oily substance has come from the capacitors then it means that some caps have gone bad. If the board is still under warranty then you should RMA it. It could also be residue from the thermal pads as they degrade. If you are not in warranty you can pull the heatsink off the VRMs and check the thermal pads, if they have shriveled and deflated then replace them and see if that helps. Be sure to clean off the oily substance from the board and components. You can use IPA (100% isopropyl alcohol) and a soft tooth brush to make sure you get it all off.
I would open a support ticket with ASRock Tech Support: https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp
They will be able to advise you. Without looking at the board in person I can't tell if it is electrolytic fluid leakage from the capacitors or thermal pads seeping. It could even be fluid from an outside source like the AIO, it's anti corrosion treatment can feel oily when the fluid evaporates.
One thing is for sure, that fluid should not be there.

The pc on the photo it loooks waaay more dirty! After i looked at it, i will def go and give it some love after, i have air at my work to blast the dust out!.
And yes These are the thermal pads from the vrms!.. Not sure about the cooler, but my temps go very high up, i monitor with OCCT bench and msi afterburner, and how can a stock processor go up so high, in NZXT cam (cooling settings) it says cpu idle 35c liquid 31, fans ~1000rpm and the kraken x pump 2600rpm i don't hear the pump tho. Its dead silent. Not sure how to check if its working

Tried it and it worked!! Seems i had bubbles in my AIO water cooler, I transfer my pc often because i live in 2 places. The temps wend down to Maximum of 70C on load, and idle went down to 20. Now lets OC that thing back.
