Why would it not support high capacity HDDs? Support for high capacity HDDs is related to the OS version you are using, including support for AHCI, and how the HDD is formatted, which must be GPT. This board includes the ASRock utility program ASRock 3TB+ Unlocker Utility, to format large HDDs for those that don't know how.
