Hi, when I connect my headphone to rear port on B450 pro4. The left side sound is normal but the right side is nothing sound can hear.
However, the front audio panel is working normal. I have test two earphone but all get the same symptom.
My device is 3600X, clean WIN10 and rx580 VGA card, but seems not relate to this case.

Dear wammaster,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

Please refer to the following suggestions to check your system.

1. Please refer to user manual page 27 to clear CMOS.
https://download.asrock.com/Manual/B450%20Pro4.pdf

2. Only install CPU, PSU, RAM, Graphics card and the headphone to verify.

3. Please refer to following steps to reinstall audio driver.
a. Uninstall the audio driver which you are using in the Control Panel and restart system.
b. Download Realtek high definition audio driver ver:8730.1 and install it to verify.
https://download.asrock.com/Drivers/Audio/Realtek(v8730.1_UAD_WHQL_RTK).zip

4. If possible, please connect your headphone to another system to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
