I found this on reddit where the poster had modified the Realtek high definition audio driver ver:8931.1_UAD_WHQL_NAHIMIC for his Phantom Gaming 4 MB which uses the Realtek ALC1200 audio codec.
www.reddit.com/r/ASRock/comments/htuti3/modified_realtek_uad_driver_to_restore_equalizer/
The neutered Realtek Audio Console that comes with Nahimic capable Asrock MBs is pretty much useless. I also have a Phantom Gaming 4 MB but have not tried this yet.

As the poster states, "It may also work with B550 Pro4 which is same board. If not it's probably matter of adding in hardware id to INF file. Should not be used with other boards even if they have same Realtek chip ALC1200 because audio connector I/O layout would be different."

And since Nahimic has updated their app the current version available for download on Asrock does not load.

I was able to get the link to the updated version from the poster Mr_Hunter on this thread.

Yes, I know that version of the Nahimic3 app works. I am currently also using it.

In my first post I linked, or tried to, to a post on reddit where the poster had modified the current Realtek high definition audio driver for the B550 Phantom Gaming 4 MB so you could use the full version of the Realtek Audio Console. From what I have read in different forums lots of people think the Nahimic3 app sucks and want the full Realtek Audio Console back.
The reddit poster also mentions since the B550 Pro4 MB uses the same Realtek codec as the Phantom Gaming 4 MB that his fix may also work for it.

Have you or anyone here tried this yet? Does it restore full functionality to the Realtek Audio Console?

I have used an older version of this but not on an actual ASRock board though but for another brand board.

you should probably ask the maker of that modded Realtek Nahimic driver on github, MadScientist

another follow-up to this

the creator of that modded Realtek UAD Nahimic driver posted a few updated versions in December 2020 that work with the recent 1.5.x versions of the Nahimic 3 app. I get equalizer options for both Nahimic and Realtek in both Realtek audio console and Nahimic apps

Merry Christmas!

I'll try it out, Nahimic3 is trash.

Simply give me encompass sound, equalizer, bass cutoff the executives and room rectification controls and I'm all set. Very much like the old Realtek HD Audio Manager. It was monstrous, yet did all I required.
