Just built my first pc, asrock B550 steel legend, ryzen 7 3700x, evga 2080ti, Samsung 970evo. Having issue where my internet is working fine but as soon as I plug the ethernet into my pc it tanks my whole internet down to less the 3Mbps on every device in the house. It normally sits around 50-70. As soon as I unplug the ethernet or turn the pc off it jumps back up to normal. I've updated the bios to ver 1.20 and the latest realtek drivers but solved nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
